10.0 - 80.0 ng/mL; Expected steady state concentrations in patients on recommended daily dosages: 10.0 - 80.0 ng/mL. Plasma concentrations of olanzapine greater than 9.0 ng/mL have been associated with therapeutic effect. Toxic range has not been established.
